Business model, in one sentence: Tiqsend is a subscription e-mail marketing automation platform sold to Brazilian companies that use Bitrix24 as their CRM. Each customer company e-mails its own customers and leads from a dedicated instance and a dedicated sending domain.

1. Who sends

Customer companies of Tiqtech, identified by their Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ), that use Bitrix24. Each customer has its own isolated instance and its own dedicated sending domain, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Each domain is authenticated and monitored separately; accounts above the limits are paused to protect deliverability for all other customers.

2. Where contacts come from

From the customer's own CRM — existing customers and leads with a business relationship — and from consent-based forms. Contacts enter Tiqsend through Bitrix24 automation robots or through imports made by the customer. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are prohibited (see our acceptable use policy, in Portuguese). One free trial per CNPJ; an instance can only be created by an administrator of the company's Bitrix24 portal.

3. Unsubscribe

  • An unsubscribe link in every marketing e-mail.
  • One-click unsubscribe through the List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers.
  • A preference center where the recipient chooses what to receive.
  • The request takes effect immediately, across all campaigns, and cannot be reversed by automation. The "resubscribe" robot only reverses a manual flag set by the customer — never a recipient's own unsubscribe.

4. Bounces and complaints

Accounts with a bounce rate above [FILL IN: limit — reference: 5%] or a complaint rate above [FILL IN: limit — reference: 0.1%] have their sending paused and reviewed by Tiqtech before they can send again.

5. Limits and control

Each plan has a monthly e-mail quota. The customer is warned at 80% and 100%; when the quota is reached, marketing sends pause. Tiqtech may pause any account to protect deliverability for all customers.

6. Content

Truthful sender name and subject line, with the company's identification and postal address in the footer. Prohibited content is listed in the acceptable use policy.

7. Reporting abuse

Write to [FILL IN: abuse e-mail] with the e-mail you received and its full headers. Response time: [FILL IN: response time].
